Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. We will confirm cancellation and process your refund within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed and you need to cancel your transfer, contact us as soon as possible. We handle each case individually and will do our best to offer a reschedule or partial refund where reasonable.
Booking modifications (date, time, passenger count) are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a change.
