Cancellation Policy

    Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

    Cancel at least 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference. We will confirm cancellation and process your refund within 5–10 business days via Stripe.

Cancellation timeline

More than 24 hours before pickup — Full refund, no charge.
Less than 24 hours before pickup — No refund. The booking is non-refundable.
No-show (driver waiting, passenger does not arrive) — No refund.

Flight delays and disruptions

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed and you need to cancel your transfer, contact us as soon as possible. We handle each case individually and will do our best to offer a reschedule or partial refund where reasonable.

Modifications

Booking modifications (date, time, passenger count) are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a change.
