Yes. Every booking is private for your group only. You will not share the taxi with other passengers, and we never make detours for additional pickups.

Your price includes the luggage declared when booking, with no per-bag fee. Enter your suitcase count and tell us about large carry-ons, a stroller, a folding wheelchair or other bulky items so we can check the space needed. If you are unsure, send us the luggage details or a photo before booking.

Yes. Baby seats and boosters are available for €5 per seat. Add them with the child-seat selector and enter your children’s ages and heights so we can confirm suitable seats before pickup. Children count as passengers, as Spanish law requires every child to travel in their own seat.

The quoted price is the total for your group, not per person. For a one-way transfer between BCN Airport and a Barcelona city hotel, 1 passenger costs €45 and 2 passengers cost €50 total, with up to 4 suitcases and no child seats. Other routes, passenger counts, luggage and extras can change the price. Check the booking form for your exact total.

Yes. Silicondrop is our official brand name and website. Some travellers search for us as Silicon Drop; both spellings refer to the same licensed Barcelona transfer service.

At Terminal 1, your driver waits near Como café, in front of the arrivals hall, with your name displayed on their phone. For Terminal 2, we confirm your meeting point before pickup. Save your pickup instructions before you travel so you can find the meeting point without internet access.

We monitor your flight’s arrival status and adjust your pickup if it is delayed, at no extra charge. Please let us know if your flight number changes.

Save a screenshot of your pickup instructions before travelling. At Terminal 1, go to Como café in front of the arrivals hall and look for your name on the driver’s phone. All payments are made securely online by card via Stripe when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and you receive an email confirmation after payment. Stripe is one of the world’s largest payment providers; Silicondrop never sees or stores your card details at any point.

After payment, we email your booking confirmation with your reference and transfer details. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for a copy. We send your driver’s details before pickup.

Yes. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your pickup time are fully refunded. Changes to date, time or passenger count are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
