When you make a booking we collect: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, travel details (flight number, ship name, pickup/drop-off address, date and time) and payment information. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored by Silicondrop.
We use your information solely to fulfil your transfer booking, communicate with you before and during your transfer, and send you a payment receipt via Stripe. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Your booking details are shared with Stripe Inc. for payment processing. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
Booking records are kept for a maximum of 2 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, then deleted.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 72 hours.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention purposes during checkout.
