1. Service

Silicondrop provides private, licensed taxi transfers in and from Barcelona, Spain. Every transfer is private for your group only. Services include airport, cruise port and city transfers, return journeys and point-to-point transfers to destinations outside Barcelona.

2. Booking and payment

All prices shown are fixed group prices in Euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes and fees. Payment is made at time of booking via Stripe. No additional charges are applied at the point of travel unless expressly agreed in writing beforehand. Your price is calculated for the route, date, passengers, child seats and luggage you declare when booking. Tell us about strollers, folding wheelchairs, golf bags or other bulky items in the note for your driver. Undeclared passengers or luggage may need a larger vehicle; we confirm any fare difference with you before travel.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations received at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time are fully refunded, with no cancellation or processing fees deducted. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Date and time changes requested at least 24 hours before pickup are free, subject to availability. Passenger changes are priced at the applicable fare, and we confirm any difference before you accept the change. Because each booking is a transport service for a specific date, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply; these cancellation terms apply instead. 4. Flight monitoring, waiting and no-shows

No extra charge for flight delays.

For cruise pickups, we check your ship’s assigned terminal before it docks. If the ship’s arrival or your disembarkation time changes, contact us on WhatsApp or email so we can coordinate your pickup.

For airport arrivals, if you do not arrive or contact us within 60 minutes of actual landing, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. If you need additional waiting, contact your driver to arrange it; additional waiting charges must be agreed in writing beforehand. For hotel and cruise pickups, the no-show deadline is 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time without prior notice.

5. Liability

Silicondrop is covered by the mandatory insurance required for licensed Barcelona taxi operators. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
