How do I know which Barcelona cruise terminal my ship uses?
You don't need to know. When you book, give us your ship name and sailing date. We look up your terminal from official port schedules and confirm it by WhatsApp before pickup. If your terminal changes (it happens), we adjust automatically.
Where does the driver meet me when I disembark?
Your driver waits at the exit of your terminal building with a name board showing your surname. You walk off the ship, through the terminal, and straight to your driver outside. No searching, no confusion.
Can you handle a lot of cruise luggage?
Yes. Cruise luggage — large suitcases, multiple bags per person — is included at no extra charge. If you are a group of 5 or more with a lot of luggage, mention it in the booking notes and we confirm the right vehicle size.
Do you go from the cruise port to the airport?
Yes. Port to airport and airport to port are both available. For port to airport, we recommend booking with your flight departure time so we allow enough buffer, especially if your ship docks in the afternoon.
Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?
