Barcelona Airport (BCN) has two terminals. Your driver goes to the right one, and if you are unsure, just give us your flight number and we check for you.

Book either direction with the same fixed-price service. The booking form shows the total group price before payment and reserves the right vehicle for your passengers and luggage.

We collect you from your accommodation and plan the pickup around your flight departure time, terminal and recommended airport check-in buffer.
Barcelona airport transfer prices, fixed per group
For a one-way transfer between BCN Airport and a Barcelona city hotel, the total is €45 for 1 passenger, €50 for 2, €55 for 3 or €60 for 4, with up to 4 suitcases and no child seats. These are group totals, not per-person prices. Airport–cruise port transfers have different rates. Select your route, passengers, luggage and extras to see your exact total before payment.
Every fixed price includes your declared luggage. Airport arrivals include 60 minutes free waiting after landing. Message us of any flight delay and we adjust your pickup. Baby and child seats available for €5 per seat.

Where exactly does my driver meet me at Barcelona Airport?
At Terminal 1, collect your bags and enter the arrivals hall. Your driver waits near Como café, facing the arrivals exit, with your name displayed on their phone. For Terminal 2, follow the meeting instructions we confirm before pickup. Save those instructions before travelling so you can read them without mobile data. If you cannot find your driver, call +34 640 723 259 or contact us on WhatsApp.
What if my flight is delayed?
Just send us a quick message on WhatsApp or email as soon as you know your flight is delayed, and your driver adjusts the pickup at no extra charge. Please always let us know of any change to your arrival so your driver is waiting at exactly the right time. The 60 minutes of free waiting starts from your actual landing time.
How much luggage can we bring?
Your price includes the luggage declared when booking. The suitcase count helps us choose the vehicle and calculate the total. Include everyone travelling, including children and babies. Tell us about large carry-ons, strollers, wheelchairs or other bulky items so we can check space before booking.
Do you offer child seats for airport transfers?
Yes. Baby seats and boosters are available for €5 per seat. Add them with the child-seat selector in the booking form and write your child's age in special requests so we fit the right seat. Children count as passengers, as Spanish law requires every child to travel in their own seat.
Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?
Always private. Your group has the vehicle to yourselves. No waiting for other passengers, no shared routes, no detours. You go directly from the airport to your destination.
How do I book and pay?
Book online at silicondrop.com. Enter your route and passenger count to see the fixed price, then fill in your flight and hotel details. Payment is secure online by card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted). After payment, we email your booking reference and transfer details. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check spam or junk, or contact us for a copy. We send your driver’s details before pickup.
