How do I know which Barcelona cruise terminal my ship uses?
You don't need to know. When you book, give us your ship name and sailing date. We look up your terminal from official port schedules and confirm it by WhatsApp before pickup. If your terminal changes (it happens), just let us know and we adjust.
What if my ship arrives early or late?
Cruise ships do not always dock exactly on schedule. As soon as you know your actual arrival time, or if you disembark earlier than planned, send us a quick message on WhatsApp or email and we adjust your pickup so your driver is there when you step off the ship. A short heads-up is all we need.
Where does the driver meet me when I disembark?
Your driver waits at the exit of your terminal building with a name board showing your surname. You walk off the ship, through the terminal, and straight to your driver outside. No searching, no confusion.
Can you handle a lot of cruise luggage?
Yes. Cruise luggage is included with no per-bag fees. The booking form asks your suitcase count and automatically quotes the right vehicle size, so heavy cruise luggage always has a van that fits it. Golf or ski bags count as two suitcases; foldable strollers and wheelchairs travel free.
Do you go from the cruise port to the airport?
Yes. Port to airport and airport to port are both available. For port to airport, we recommend booking with your flight departure time so we allow enough buffer, especially if your ship docks in the afternoon.
Is this a private transfer or a shared shuttle?
Always private. Your group and your luggage have the vehicle to yourselves. No waiting for other passengers, no sharing with strangers, no detours.
Can I cancel if my cruise itinerary changes?
